The god is identified by the petasus, the hat worn by Hermes. It is a copy of a Greek bronze statue from the 5th century BCE, possibly by Phidias, the sculptor of the Parthenon. The sculpture depicts a beardless and youthful Hermes with a raised right arm, symbolizing the god of eloquence.
The sculpture also features a petasos on Hermes’ head and a kerykeion resting on his chlamys. Additionally, one of our sculptors from Hephaisteion has restored Hermes’ index finger and removed any imperfections, returning his inseparable caduceus to him to enhance his splendor once again to the fullest.
All our designs are high quality printing, environmentally friendly materials. Perfect finishes, very careful.
