This strong and stoic statue is of Hephaestus(Vulcan), the God of blacksmiths, metalworking, volcanoes, carpenters, sculptors, etc, and is a replica of the piece “Vulcan” by Bertel Thorvaldsen in 1838, and is located at the Thorvaldsens Museum in Copenhagen, Denmark.
