We get it, the idea of “unconditional guarantee” could be interpreted differently, but we guarantee our work and our 3D printed sculptures. Place your sculpture wherever you like or take it anywhere, but if you somehow misplace it, we obviously won’t take responsibility for that.
We don’t need a receipt or a reason, although we like to see them, and if you want to share a story, we’re always curious. In the meantime, these are the most common questions we can answer:
We can only talk about the 3D printed sculpture itself, not the dogs or other means of devastation caused by not taking care of the product. The sculptures are not intended to be doorstoppers or toys.
Although the resin we use for our 3D printing is heat-resistant, it does not have much chance of surviving exposure to high temperatures. We won't cover that either.
Unless the loss is due to the shipping company, loss is not something we can prevent on our end. However, we will be ready and willing to listen to your story to determine if it is an issue we can help with.
